Kanda noodles
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Green Chillies Chopped A Pinch ASAFOetida
- 2 Table Spoon Coconut Scraped
- 1 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds
- 4 Table Spoon Oil
- ¼ Cup Raw Peanuts 4 Medium Onion Chopped
- ½ Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ Tea Spoon Sugar
- 6-7 Curry Leaves Salt To Taste
- 2 Table Spoon Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 1 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds Wai Wai Noodles
PROCEDURE:
- Put Wai Wai Noodle In An Empty Bowl, Pour A Hot Water In It, Stir And Cover The Bowl.
- Keep An Empty Pan On The Stove, Put oil And Raw Peanuts, And Stir.
- Take Another Pan, Put Oil And Cumin Seeds, Add Mustard Seeds And A Pinch Of Asafoetida And Stir.
- Add Curry Leaves, Chopped Onion And Stir.
- Heat For A While, Add Turmeric Powder And Chopped Chillies And Stir.
- Now Add the Wai Wai Noodle Made From Step 1, Put Pinch Of Salt And Stir
- Add The Peanuts From Step 2 And Stir.
- Finally garnish with Chopped Coriander Leaves and Scraped Coconut
